Day 1

Cardio was a little more than I was anticipating.

I was able to do 25 minutes out of the 45 required, I "hit the wall" at about 10-15 minutes in and was able to push it up to 25 minutes.

Maybe once I get my supplements I will be able to push it until the end of the 45 minutes.

Meal 1:
I need to plan my meals a little better, I ate a cold chicken breast in the truck on my way to work.

Taste wasn't too bad, a little heat to the chicken would have been nice though

Meal 2:
Protein shake at 9:30 was actually drank at 9:50.

I was a little late but not too bad.

Meal 3:
Ate another cold chicken breast at my desk, it sucked, tomorrow I will be eating some tuna.

I wasn't able to eat the whole 6.5 oz, I think I ate 5-5.5.

Meal 4:
Wow its only day 1 and I am already tired of the protein shakes.
